BREAKING NEWS: EU Commission starts legal action against Great Britain - Brexit explained

In the Brexit dispute, the European Union is taking legal action against Great Britain for violating the EU Withdrawal Treaty.

Should there be a lawsuit, the European Court of Justice could impose fines on the UK.

This was announced by Commission President Ursula von der Leyen in Brussels today.
