Man With a Camera
.
.
Freelance photographer and investigative journalist Mike Kovac (Bronson) arrives at a remote farm to conduct an interview with a doctor engaging in experimental therapies to help the deaf communicate more effectively with society at large. He finds that the doctor is missing, something suspicious is going on, and the only person who seems to have information is a young deaf-mute woman (George)... who is unable to share what she knows for a number of reasons. Will Kovac be able to properly interpret the mute evidence confronting him before he, too, vanishes without trace?
MAN WITH A CAMERA was short-lived series starring Charles Bronson. It's a series from the early days of television that deserves more attention that it gets, and we'll eventually feature every episode we can get our hands on here in The Screening Room. So far, there has not been a dud among the episodes... although part of us is fearing this may be the first one!
We are worried that "Mute Evidence" will feature a major plot hole. Sure--the young woman who can unlock the mystery for Kovac can neither hear nor speak... but presumably she can read and write; why doesn't she just write down what's bothering her and show it to him?
Hopefully, this will be address in the story. Join us for the premiere of the episode in The Screening Room and we'll find out together! (And if you come to this later, please leave a Like, Dislike, or comment below!)
