Dinitha Vithanage's "Midnight Boulevard" is an independent feature film shot entirely in Ontario, Canada with a first-time filmmaking team. Made on a shoe-string budget of less than $10,000, "Midnight Boulevard" is a testament to the magic of independent filmmaking. Where a passionate group of aspiring filmmakers overcame their financial restrictions and created something out of the minimal resources that they had at their disposal.
