The Supreme Court denied the Trump administration’s bid to temporarily block California from counting the mail-in ballots of about 20,000 voters whom the federal government claimed it had “identified as likely noncitizens.” Nicolle Wallace is joined by Norm Eisen, whose group is defending California voters, for his instant reaction to the ruling. Plus, President Trump delivered his closing message at the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool. Jen Psaki joins Ari Melber on "The Beat" to discuss the final stretch of the midterm elections. Meanwhile, Chris Hayes explains why Americans’ refusal to be intimidated may already be a victory for democracy.
