The story takes place in a small border town in southern Texas, where the Mexican immigrant community is under threat. Their lives are turned into a nightmare when the ruthless local militia - a radical armed group that considers itself "cleansers" - begins to attack the residents, terrorizing them, demanding submission or expulsion.
In desperation, the people hire a team of mercenaries - experienced combat veterans, each of whom has a dark past but a clear understanding of justice. These fighters are not heroes in the usual sense, they are tough, straightforward and trained to fight not for an idea, but for the result. However, even for them this mission turns out to be more difficult than it seemed - because it is not only about weapons, but also about honor, the line between good and evil and the real face of war behind the scenes.
The film is filled with explosions, gunfights and scene after scene shows the conflict without embellishment. It shows how ordinary people are forced to fight for their survival when justice is silent and the law is in the hands of those who betrayed it.
