Ste and Weed are small-time criminal cousins who are granted temporary release from Mountjoy Prison in Dublin.
Ste wants to turn his life around and rebuild his future with his partner, Dee, and their six-year-old daughter, Ellie Mae.
Weed, on the other hand, dreams of breaking into the fashion world, despite his issues with substance abuse.
Their attempts to stay out of trouble are soon jeopardized when they get involved in a robbery, leading them into conflict with organized crime figures and putting their hopes for redemption at risk.
