The Series 'The Lion King' Prequel Comic
Betrothed tells the story before the story of The Lion King, about Queen Uru and King Ahadi - Mufasa and Scar (Taka)'s parents. It's about duty vs. desire, loss, unrequited love, and temptation. Uru, in her betrothal to Ahadi, has had many things decided for her. She still finds a way to make choices, but are they the right ones?

This episode's delays in getting released were a bit fortunate as it simulates a time skip from when we last left Uru. Now that we're back to her story, it's been a whole year since her wedding day, and she has some strong regrets. But a newborn Mufasa seems to brighten her world at least a little bit. However, an unexpected visitor may change her world even more....
**CONTENT WARNING: This story contains mature situations, including violence (including showing some blood), and some mild sexuality.**
