Corbyn: The Government's Palestine Action Appeal 'Won't Do Them Any Good'

The UK high court has ruled that the government’s anti-terrorism ban on the group Palestine Action is unlawful.

The verdict follows an appeal and months of protests, at which more than 2,000 people have been arrested.

The high court found the ban was unlawful because former UK foreign secretary Yvette Cooper failed to follow policy on banning terrorist groups and because the ban was disproportionate.

The ban will remain in place until at least February 20 while the government prepares an appeal.
