Dwayne McLaren accidentally witnesses the murder of a letter carrier and is even able to record the event with his camera. When the post office offers a high reward for clues to the culprit, Dwayne sees his chance: with the money he could finally leave the bleak nest Cut Bank and start all over again somewhere else. But there's a catch: the body disappears without a trace and the sheriff has his suspicions.
