In the third installment of the six-part “Dr. Christian” series, Jean Hersholt (Grand Hotel) is featured as the eponymous medical professional. Things get interesting for the good doctor as an enigmatic, and possibly dangerous, “professor” rolls into town, promising instant weight loss to the local women. Follow this tale of Dr. Christian as he matches wits with Professor Kenneth Parker, played by screen veteran Rod La Roque (The Ten Commandments). This drama features fine work from Oscar nominated director William C. McGann and a cast that that includes the great Frank Albertson (Psycho).
