Here is a lovely recipe for puff puff.

Ingredients
2 cups of Flour
1 cup of warm Water/Milk
4.5 tbsps of Brown Sugar
4 tsps of Yeast
4 tsps of Psyllium Husk
2 Eggs
Oil for deep frying

Mix some of the Sugar with Yeast and warm Water .

Set aside and allow to proof for ten minutes.

Mix all dry ingredients together .

Now mix both wet and dry ingredients together thoroughly.

Heat the oil on medium heat.

Fry by scooping small portions by hand or with a spoon into the oil.

Keep turning them while frying. Allow to fry until it turns dark golden brown colour.

Now enjoy with some Zobo, Tea , Juice or on its own.
