How to cook Ewedu Okro Asepo | 1Q Food Platter
CLARAWORLDMEDIA TV
Ewedu is jute leaves and it is widely eaten in the south of Nigeria. When Ewedu is combined with okro you have a soup or sauce that pair well with 'swallow' ( caborhydrate mash) or rice, Asepo in Youruba means 'cooked together. This is an excellent dish for those that may require help with intestinal mobility.
As with many Nigerian dishes you simply eyeball ingredients but I have tried to guide on quantities to allow for a great result.
