Synopsis:
With hopes of becoming the superintendent of her school district, Principal Weller (Julie Bowen) takes a hard-line stance against any act or behavior that she deems an insurrection. However, almost everything her students do to express themselves is problematic to Weller. Tired of being silenced and kept down, one high-school senior, Holden Donovan (Gregory Smith), rallies his classmates from all different social groups to join in protest against Weller's attacks on their personal freedoms.

Kids in America is am AMAZING, original movie, with a wonderful storyline, an intelligent cast, and an amazing director. The story, inspired by true events, was different from any other movie I've ever seen. It is an inspirational comedy, whose cast is filled with extraordinary actors. Alex Anfanger, (Lawrence Reitzer) was hilarious, and stole every scene he was in. Gregory Smith (Holden Donovan) was a powerful lead character, who continued to strive for what he believed in. This outstanding cast played extremely believable characters, who really made the movie interesting. The co-writer Josh Stolberg was unbelievable in his directorial debut, really capturing the essence of each character, and making each scene work. I thought this was an amazing, inspirational, smart teen comedy, with a good message, a rarity in today's Hollywood, where every movie is identical. I cannot wait to see this movie again. I would recommend this to anyone who is tired of unoriginal movies. I give it a 10/10.
