Labour to Appeal Leadership Vote Decision

Jeremy Corbyn's chances of being re-elected as Labour Leader seem to have been given a boost. The High Court has ruled that Labour's decision to effectively ban more than 100 thousand members from voting in the contest was unlawful and it's thought most of THOSE support Mr Corbyn and not his challenger Owen Smith. But the party says it's appealing the ruling.
