Laparoscopic Salpingostomy is a fertility sparing tubal surgery done in case of ectopic pregnancy.
Ectopic pregnancy is a pregnancy that implant in an area outside the normal endometrial cavity. Fallopian tubes are the commonest sites for ectopic pregnancy.
