Growing up in a broken family, Butch (James Blanco) was always in pursuit to meet his biological mother Emilia (Rita Avila), whom he later found in a mental institute when she was diagnosed with schizophrenia.

Upon reuniting, Butch promised his mother that he'll take care of street children and treat them as his own. Will this affect his relationship with his wife Anjo (Rochelle Pangilinan) and their kids?
