This Nigerian puff puff uses whole wheat flour, coconut milk, and dates for natural sweetness, yet it still rises beautifully. If you’ve been looking for a healthy puff puff recipe that doesn’t compromise taste, this African puff puff will change how you make puff puff forever.

???? Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat flour
2½ tsp Yeast
1 tsp Salt
5-6 dates or ½ cup Sugar (if you prefer sugar)
1 cup Coconut Milk, I later added ½ cup to archive that texture
2-3 tbsp Powdered milk
½ cup Warm Water

☆ If too hard, add water or more coconut milk.
