Bloomberg News AI reporter Shirin Ghaffary said that recent disclosures of AI safety incidents at OpenAI are a 'watershed moment' in the public understanding of AI risks as models get more powerful and employees issue warnings. Ghaffary said that getting AI models to align with companies intended goals is an ongoing issue and a the fact that it hasn't been solved yet amid rising AI integration is a 'big, big problem.'
