On a stormy night in rural Texas, Deputy Belle Adams transports a notorious killer named Russell to a small local prison to wait out the severe weather. What begins as a routine stop quickly spirals into chaos when a power outage hits the facility and the dangerous inmate seizes the opportunity to escape. Inside the prison, Russell begins a brutal killing spree, targeting anyone who crosses his path. Guards, deputies, and inmates suddenly find themselves trapped in a deadly game of survival as the storm rages outside and escape becomes nearly impossible. At the same time, rumors circulate about a legendary rodeo prize — the valuable Outlaw’s Buckle — hidden somewhere inside the prison. As tensions rise and alliances shift, it becomes clear that several people inside the building have their own motives tied to the mysterious buckle. With a ruthless killer loose and greed driving everyone’s actions, the night descends into violence and betrayal while the survivors fight to make it out alive.
