The Quiet Hour
After an alien invasion, Earth has become a wasteland where people struggle to survive amid the ruins of civilization. Sixteen-year-old Sarah lives on an isolated farm with her blind brother, Thomas. The farm is their only refuge and source of food in a world where danger lurks around every corner. However, the greatest threat doesn’t come from the aliens but from ruthless human scavengers willing to do anything to survive.
When a group of merciless bandits discovers the farm, Sarah takes a stand to protect her home and brother. Armed only with determination and cleverness, she uses her knowledge of the terrain to outsmart the attackers. But the situation grows dire when the scavengers start threatening Thomas to force Sarah’s compliance.
Now, Sarah must decide whether to fight to the end or find a way to strike a dangerous deal. In a world with no rules left, she must summon the strength to face not only external enemies but also her own fears.
