Yes, this is the best raw vegan cake ever! The summer taste of strawberries is just amazing! And yes, the cake contain cauliflower...but I promise you that you not will taste it, the cauliflower is just there for a perfect "mash" texture and for its nutrient profile!

This cake is so healthy, free from sugar, oils, naturally low in fat, nutfree, and you can eat it every day...for breakfast, lunch, dessert, dinner, snack, after or before a workout or as a swedish "fika" :D Just make this cake for your family and friends, they will be impressed!
