The dismembered remains of an unidentified young man are discovered scattered throughout a Wisconsin farming community in a series of yellow trash bags. Investigators are struck by the extreme violence of the crime, it appears the killer was intent on completely obliterating his victim. The mystery deepens when detectives hear unnerving stories about murdered dogs and devil worshippers in the community. Until a tattoo, a plastic bag expert, and an unexpected confession lead them to the killer’s door.
