Social networks and their users definitely rule the world of modern show business. And the proof of this fact is a young talent - Shawn Mendes, who gained popularity thanks to these very social networks. He is now known for hits such as Stitches, There’s Nothing Holdin 'Me Back and is breaking all the charts with a collaborative track with his girlfriend Camila Cabello - Señorita. And here is a full list of Shawn Mendes’s loves and hookups.
Chloë Grace Moretz
2016
It was rumored that Shawn had a brief fling with actress Chloë Grace Moretz. But their relationship was never confirmed either by the singer or by the actress.
Hailey Baldwin
2018
In 2017, Hailey and Shawn were reportedly hanging out together at Kylie Jenner’s Halloween party, and then in December, they were spotted cuddling in Toronto. Later, the couple also walked the 2018 Met Gala red carpet together as friends. The two looked incredibly close and Shawn was holding her hand all the time. Straight after that everyone started talking about them. Hailey added fuel to the fire when stated that she fell for Shawn back in 2013, when he was still just a wee vine star. However, their story did not have any continuation. The singer denied their romance, declaring only the friendship between them. The bright blonde in turn returned to her ex-boyfriend and in the fall of 2018 she became Justin Bieber’s wife.
Camila Cabello
2019 – present time
Shawn and Camila first met in 2014 when they used to make YouTube covers together. A little later, the two young stars experienced a very uncomfortable interview with James Corden. He kept insisting they must be together, or at the very least had made out. They stated they were just good friends. Cabello even said she had been friend-zoned and that Mendes called her kid. Still, the two remained friends and supporters of each other over the years. Although they both denied that anything had ever happened between them, fans couldn't help analyzing the lyrics to one of Shawn's latest tracks Why. It is a song about two people who should be together. In June 2019 Mendes and Cabello released their song Señorita. It appeared to be so hot that no one believed that they were not a couple. And that’s right! Shawn has been happily dating Camila for a while now, and they are just adorable together! We do not know the exact date of the beginning of their relationship, we only know that they officially declared their love in July 2019. Shawn and Camila are young, beautiful, in love and we are very happy for them!
