Sisi portrays the life of a young Princess Elisabeth in Bavaria who would later become the famous Austrian Empress Elisabeth of Austria. The two episodes follow her way to becoming Emperor Franz Joseph’s wife and Empress of Austria as well as her struggle to adapt to the Viennese court and its strict protocol.
