The Warehouse is a (very) micro-budget award winning feature film. It's an exciting and dramatic thriller base in London’s edgy East End.

We self funded this film which is why it took us 3 years to film with some very long gaps while waiting for actor availability, haircut changes and beards to come and go.

???? The film won Best Director at The Southampton International Film Festival back in 2013.

We also had a Saturday evening primetime screening on the ???? London Live TV channel (pick of the day in the Evening Standard), and official selection at the ???? Berlin Independent Film Festival 2014.

Please do give us a review on IMDB if you like the film:

The Warehouse is a dark journey into the murky underworld of the gentrification of the East End of London. When Charlie’s property development business crashes he’s forced to move his wife Sylvia and teenage daughter Gemma into his last remaining building, a run-down warehouse in an unfashionable part of the city, but Charlie has more than just a renovation project to deal with. Run-ins with an anti-social artist squatting upstairs are raising his already elevated stress levels and somebody is clearly trying to derail his efforts to keep his family together, but it seems the artist is not the only one with a grudge against Charlie, it could be someone even closer to home.

Reviews
Matt Gallagher - Founder & MD of thecallsheet.co.uk
"An impressive debut feature. An unsettling story and well executed with natural performances. There is genuine chemistry between the lead characters"

John Conroy, BAFTA nominated producer-director.
“A taut and swirling portrait of betrayal and self-destruction. An ambitious and gripping film.”

Sean Kirkegaard
"Utilises the film’s low-budget limitations as a positive strength, evoking a dank, claustrophobic misery that seems to permeate characters and settings equally. The Warehouse might just signal the arrival of a new voice in the canon."
