Total Gym Apex G1 -Chest Workout
Using the Total Gym Apex G1, I show you the chest routine I’m using as of now. Here are the sets and reps: total for 4 Workouts.
1. Chest Flies - 3 Sets Of 10 Reps
2. 21s - 4 Sets (As mentioned I struggled to do the 7 reps so did closer to 5-6 reps)
- 7 Decline Presses
-7 Standard straight presses
-7 Incline Presses
You do these all after one another for a Super Set.
3. SuperSet Lower Chest Flies into Straight Arm dips- 4 sets of 10x10.
(10 flies straight into 10 dips with no breaks thus being a “superset”)
4. Dip N Squeeze - 4 sets of 12
Rest time for me was 30 seconds to a minute.
