The United States has again denied entry visas to Palestinian officials, including President Mahmoud Abbas, ahead of the UN General Assembly in New York. Palestinian UN Ambassador Riyad Mansour said the delegation will still be represented at the United Nations, with Abbas expected to address the General Assembly by video if permitted. The Trump administration cited what it described as failures by the Palestinian Authority and PLO to meet commitments and actions involving international courts and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
