.Vigilante Force, circa 1976, a United Artists/Gene Corman production starring Jan-Michael Vincent and Kris Kristofferson. This movie is a little cheesy, but it's a great example of 70's action filmmaking, as Vincent, living in a small southern town, brings in Kristofferson, his older brother, to help augment the town's police force against a group of rowdy redneck oil riggers. Little does Vincent know that Kristofferson has other plans for the town...and for his little brother's girlfriend, played by the lovely Victoria Principale! Enjoy this piece of country-fried action, ripped right from the out-of-print DVD release, for your viewing pleasure!
